A local fitness and wellbeing service run by Katelyn Clark, a fitness professional with an extensive background in training & nutrition.
She qualifies to train both pre & post natal women & boxing for fitness,
focusing on women’s physical and mental health, with a special interest in training Mums.
There are 3 main services offered:
Mums bootcamp
Monday – Friday 9:30am from Miranda (Bellingara netball courts)
Approx 45 minute classes , with a small group of interactive and fun women/mums!
Classes & the environment in which we train are kid and baby friendly, so there’s never an excuse to not get in your bums & tums workout, your full body burn strength session, your boxing, or your HIIT & conditioning (plus more- see timetable on page!)
Personal Training
Focus on your goals in your time!
One on one training, partner training, and group options available.
Training is specified to the individual’s needs/level etc.
Nutrition support and guidance is a big focus to help obtain results.
Online Classes & Online Personal coaching.
All classes can be joined in LIVE from home, or accessed at a later time if you can’t make the session.
Online coaching is an extensive personal program customised to suit your goals anytime, anywhere.
